Sales Development for a Renewable Energy Provider

Background     

This Cornish based company with a well established customer base predominantly in the South of England wished to capture business in the growing Scottish market for renewable energy.

Nature of Work Undertaken

Initially, potential End Users such as Local Councils and Housing Associations were identified and contacted and presentations of the technology were conducted which resulted in new contracts being awarded.

Further work included identifying and contacting Consulting Engineers and subsequently providing presentations and technical assistance on feasibility studies. As a result, the Company's technology was nominated in a number of key Contract Specifications.

 Outcome

Contracts totalling in excess of £1.5M have been awarded to date and the Scottish market now provides a significant portion of the company turnover.
