Background
The company
developed a patented unique writing aid with worldwide applications in the
disabled and pre-school markets and were looking for practical assistance with
their sales and marketing strategy and the implementation of the resultant sales
plan.
Nature of
work undertaken.

Investigated the market including visiting relevant trade shows to identify
major UK and Overseas distributors.

consultation with company, drew up a Sales and Marketing plan.

promotional material and website content and obtained product testimonials from
Occupational Therapists.

assistance was provided in the implementation stage of the Sales plan.
Outcome
An
agreement with a major USA company for product distribution in North American
market was secured and discussions with two potential UK Distributors are in the
negotiation stage.
